• Create only one account per person
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

3. Theme Park Account Integration

When connecting third-party theme park accounts:

• You authorize us to access your park accounts for planning and ride booking services
• You are responsible for maintaining valid park account credentials
• Theme park reservations are subject to park policies and availability
• We are not responsible for theme park policy changes or booking failures

4. Push Notifications

By enabling push notifications, you agree to:

• Receive notifications related to park planning and ride reservations
• Standard data rates may apply
• You can disable notifications at any time through your device or account settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Create multiple accounts
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to interfere with the service's operation
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service to violate theme park terms of service
• Share account credentials with others

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues
• Third-party theme park API changes may affect functionality
• We do not guarantee reservation success or park availability
• Location-based features require device location permissions

7. User Content and Data

Regarding your plans and data:

• You retain ownership of your park planning data
• We may use anonymized data to improve our services
• You are responsible for backing up important planning information
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice
• Terminate accounts that remain inactive for extended periods

You may terminate your account at any time through your profile settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Parks Genie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

12. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with third-party theme park services. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies, which we do not control.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time by posting the updated terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Connecticut, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Connecticut.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
